Wellspring Mental Health is Closing to Texas Clients

Due to the inability to afford continued delegation services (the oversight required for nurse practitioners serving in Texas), Wellspring Mental Health is no longer accepting new clients and will close to all scheduled client appointments in Texas as of May 31, 2024. Current clients were notified during appointments in March and April.

Assistance will be provided through June 30, 2024 to current clients for transition of care. For any questions about records, please contact Wellspring Mental Health.

If the delegation issue is resolved, Wellspring may reopen to clients in Texas at a later date. Wellspring Mental Health might also open in the future to clients residing in one or more states that offer Full Practice Authority (FPA) to nurse practitioners.
